Bookings
Bookings can be made through our website or approved booking platforms.
While we always do our best to accommodate requests, bookings are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary, including:

Arrival Times
Please arrive on time for your booking.
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We may release tables after a reasonable grace period during busy service times.
Deposits & Cancellations
Certain events, large bookings or special occasions may require a deposit or pre payment. Cancellation terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Deposits may be non refundable where stated.
Food & Drink
Menus, pricing and availability may change without notice.
We aim to accommodate dietary requirements where possible, however we cannot guarantee a completely allergen free environment due to shared preparation areas.
Customers are responsible for informing staff of any allergies before ordering.
Challenge 25
The Uncommon operates a Challenge 25 policy.
Valid photographic ID may be required when purchasing alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service.
Venue Conduct
We want The Uncommon to remain a welcoming and enjoyable environment for everyone. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest for:

Damage to property
Events & Entertainment
From time to time, we may host DJs, live performances, private events and special experiences.
Event schedules, performers and timings may change without notice.
Photography and video may occasionally be taken within the venue for promotional purposes. Please speak to a member of the team if you do not wish to appear in any content.
Gift Cards & Vouchers
Where applicable:

Gift cards and vouchers are non refundable

They cannot be exchanged for cash
